This week’s episode finds John unprepared, so Rod and Mike pick up the slack and bring an entertaining show. The gang gives their feelings on a Lego version of Rock Band, discover a fan made Star Trek Audio drama, someone gets a ticket purchased for the new Star Trek Movie, and they review what some of the cast members refer to as one of the best Batman stories ever. They also give some info for people who may have bought some HD-DVDs and want to switch to Blu-Ray.

This week’s episode is light on news, but packed with reviews and general discussion. Mike reviews some comics, John talks about another cartoon from his childhood that was recently released on DVD, and Rod talks about a trade paper back that gives you more bang for your dollar. The gang even finds time to talk about a few movies and video games as well. Also, one of the cast members decides he’s going to choose his own adventure throughout the show.

It’s Easter weekend, but that’s not going to stop us from bringing you some entertainment. Actually, it will stop Mike Pruitt as he was out visiting family for the holidays, but Rod and John are here to bring you your weekly dose of news, reviews, and general discussion. They have a lot to talk about this episode, so much so that the episode runs a bit longer than normal. The extra length gives us reason to call it an Easter Special.
